Good Round Supply is an online retailer operated by Bloom Commerce LLC, doing business as Good Round Supply. Our products are fulfilled from supplier facilities in the United States. Current fulfillment partners include The Net Return and Divotboard. A multi-item order can ship from more than one location.
Our Fishers, Indiana address is a business mailing address. It is not a warehouse, retail showroom, customer pickup location, or return destination, and it should not be used to estimate an order's shipping origin. Contact us before sending merchandise so we can provide the correct authorized destination.
Processing or dispatch time is the time a supplier needs to prepare an order before the carrier receives it. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch. Product pages and checkout may show estimates, but they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Large, high-value, or specialized products may require extra processing or delivery coordination.
Products fulfilled by different suppliers may ship separately and arrive on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number for one order.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We do not promise free shipping unless an offer is shown for the exact product, destination, and order at checkout.
We ship only to destinations made available at checkout. A product may be unavailable for some addresses even when another product can ship there.
Tracking is provided when the supplier and carrier make it available. Tracking may take time to begin showing movement after a label is created.
Review the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after supplier fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Golf nets, simulator enclosures, screens, turf, and other large products may arrive in multiple packages or use an oversized delivery service. Review the product page for room, access, package, installation, and delivery considerations before ordering. Carrier delivery does not include installation unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.
Inspect packages when they arrive and keep the packaging. Contact us promptly through our contact page if an item is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located. Include the order number, tracking information, and photographs when applicable so we can work with the supplier or carrier.
